Am I on the right track? Personal Positioning

Is your job getting old?
Is it difficult for you to think of ways to re-invent yourself at work?

We all go through periods of dynamic movement and stagnation at work. For this reason, Tom Peters developed a Personal Positioning questionnaire in his book 'The Circle of Innovation' to help us re-energize, rejuvenate, and continue to build our professional presence. The following are questions you should ask yourself at least once a year to make sure your moving forward in your career:

Even if we manage to follow through with one of the action plans, we'll improve our professional presence and progress at work. Quick reminder: make sure to print this out and hand write your answers. This will be evidence and proof of your commitment that will hopefully push you forward in your pursuits over the next year.
