After a candidate applies online or over the phone, we will review their application to determine if they are eligible to continue in the process. If eligible, the candidate will be contacted or notified by email to schedule for testing.

There are two phases of testing and assessments. The first phase of testing is a computerized test that is timed and supervised, and measures such things as English Proficiency, Object Identification, etc. Nothing that can be studied for!
